Are you saying that you calculate this by hand?
Cuz that's nuts.  There's a sigma and a transpose, not to mention an inverse.

I used to, yes. Mind, the calculations I was doing it on didn't have an n greater than 500. Really, though, it's not that difficult if you break it down into little bits. It just took a while. But at the time, I was very interested in the results and didn't have a better way to do it.
