Army Air Corps Update

For those of you who haven't been reading this blog since the beginning, FLG used to argue that the Air Force should be rolled back up into the Army. He has a variety of reasons.

A friend emails this article from the WaPo:

"Why does the country need an independent Air Force?" the senior civilian assistant to Gen. Norton A. Schwartz, the service's chief of staff, had written. For the first time in the 62-year history of the Air Force, the answer isn't entirely clear.
