About a year ago, when I first started researching global warming seriously, I noticed that Wikipedia pages on things like MWP and the hockey stick had been constantly changing to adapt to the latest criticisms and reflect the latest defenses of the orthodoxy (without ever indicating how much that orthodoxy had changed). I never really looked carefully at who was doing all the edits -- and I never dreamed one guy would be behind so many of them.

In retrospect, though, I guess it makes sense.
