FLG's Political Theories

FLG has come to the conclusion that the reason that the political theory PhDs, and candidates, that read this blog don't comment on FLG's political theory posts is because they think he's nuts. He gets this feeling from political theory PhDs, and candidates, that he talks with in real life. They think he's nuts.

PS. He's not concerned. They just can't comprehend his fucking genius. It's difficult to discern genius from insanity, so he forgives them. Mighty gracious of him if he does say so himself.

Alternately, debating the political theory you're currently reading requires both time and, frequently, willingness to go re-read those books oneself, and perhaps some political theory grad students are unable to commit to that at this time. I'm not sure I agree with your reading of Plato, but I'm not reading the Republic until later in the semester.

However, that and the belief that you are nuts are not mutually exclusive.

I wasn't actually thinking of you. I forgot that you are in school. Weird. I know you are in school because you blog about it and I responded, but didn't connect the two when I was writing this.

And I fear that you know I'm nuts.

Also, you must keep my Republic theory in mind. Otherwise, once you get to Book IX you'll wanna read the whole damn thing over again.
