Cookbooks

FLG has several cookbooks that he enjoys. He's mentioned The Barbecue! Bible on multiple occasions.

Last night, however, he pulled out River Road Recipes: The Textbook of Louisiana Cuisine. He doesn't remember why he did it, something about garlic cheese grits he thinks, but now has a huge hankerin' for gumbo, jambalaya, and pralines.
