Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe has asserted claim to disputed government ministries, outraging the opposition and imperiling a fragile power-sharing agreement signed three weeks ago.
Can't Delta Force, or somebody, anybody, grab that cheesedick and drop him off giftwrapped at the Hague? I have no idea what to charge him with besides ruining his country and being a windbag asshole, but that should stick.
